PPD & Associates is a Chartered Accounting Firm. The CEO/Principal has many years of accounting and business experience by working for and with BIG 4 accounting firms, large corporates and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in New Zealand. 

 

Our firm holds expertise in providing services such as tax/accounting compliances, audit preparation, administration and accounting systems design/implementation and payroll. PPD & Associates always strive to continually customise and provide a complete professional accounting and business support team to supplement your business and your people. 

 

Building on these established advisory relationships, PPD & Associates has expanded its professional services to include owner-side property development project management in order to take a broader role: assessing development options, preparing financial feasibility, coordinating funding, managing commercial decisions and overseeing project management on their behalf. This is a natural progression of the work we already do for clients - financial modelling, budgeting, cash-flow management, lender information, governance and client representation.

 

PPD & Associates acts as professional adviser and development manager. Technical design and construction work is delivered by dedicated project management staff and by appropriately qualified external specialists.
